When your C drive gets full, obviously, there are two possible ways to solve the issue. One is to move unallocated space to C drive to extend it, and the other is to transfer files from C drive to another drive like D, E, F, or G drive to make room for C drive. If you do have unallocated space on the hard drive, it is a good idea to try the first solution. However, given that you have redundant space on D drive, the second way perhaps is more direct and simple.
